**One of the best experiences I've ever had!** From the moment I walked in until the end of the process, everything was exceptional. The facility is elegant, beautiful, and impeccably clean. The front desk staff were welcoming, professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I was especially touched that they remembered clients by their first and last names, making the experience feel personal and special. Miguel, my technician representative, was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. **A special thank you to Miguel for his exceptional care, professionalism, and kindness. He truly went above and beyond and made this experience a memorable one.** The level of service, attention, and genuine care provided by the entire team was remarkable. I highly recommend this facility! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had my car repaired at Caliber Collision, and although dealing with car repairs is always inconvenient, the team made the entire process easy and stress-free. Communication throughout the repair was excellent, and Alan kept me updated every step of the way. He was professional, helpful, and made sure all of my questions were answered. I really appreciated the great customer service and how smoothly everything was handled. Highly recommend!

I recently had my Lexus IS350 repaired here after damage to the bumper and rear quarter panel, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism that immediately set them apart. What stood out most to me was their consistent communication throughout the entire process. They kept me updated at every stage, explained what was being done, updated timeline based off progress of repair, and made sure I never felt left in the dark. That level of transparency really helped build trust. I’ll admit, I came in feeling pretty anxious due to a previous awful experience with another collision center. However, this team completely changed my perspective. They were patient, reassuring, and took the time to address all my concerns, which truly put me at ease. The quality of the repair itself is excellent. The car looks fantastic, and you’d never know there had been damage. Overall, I highly recommend this collision center to anyone looking for skilled work, clear communication, and a genuine customer-focused experience.

Someone has sideswiped me and ruined my rims, there was a lot of scraped areas, I left some before and after, it's not in pristine condition. Literally looks brand new again, bringing up the resale value.

Everyone I dealt with at Caliber were courteous and professional especially Alan. He was very patient and answered every question I had. He thoroughly explained the process needed in repairing my vehicle. I also appreciated that he constantly kept me notified on the progress of the repairs. Secondly I want to thank the technician(s) involved in repairing my vehicle. They did such a fantastic job. I can’t even tell that my vehicle was ever damaged. Thank you very much.
